I really like this guy at work but we never seem to have a minute to ourselves. since we're at work together there are always other people around. We've been flirting with each other for a while but it never gets further than that and I'm way too scared to ask him out myself. How can I get him to do it?

I suggest you do not ask him out. Instead let him know that you are interested in him. If you are looking for a long lasting, serious relationship the odds are stacked against you if you do the chasing. Guys like to be the one who asks. I think it would help you if you paid him some sincere compliments....let him know you like how he dresses, that he has a great smile. Guys love to get their confidence boosted by a girls compliments...at some point ask him just matter of factly if he's dating anyone...if he asks why do you ask ? say I was just wondering because I think you're a great guy...that puts the ball in his court and in no time at all he'll be asking you out. Be patient..there's no hurry...Be cautious for another reason if you do start dating it will effect you working relationship for better or worse only time will tell.

Its ok to be scared about sorten things but sooner or later he will git the picture, Just ask him what he is gonna do after work and then if he ant doing nutten ask and see if he would like to hang out u know as friends, but if he gets the picture then he will know u like him more then friends, Then mybe more would happen later on that day......just mybe..

Well you could always just have a bunch of friends get together and ask him to join you that way you can talk to him not in front a lot of ppl. Good Luck :-)

it seems you're both shy...no...you can't be shy if you flirt...you are both cautious...well life is too short, but it's still a huge pain in the *** getting dumped because you misread the signs...i suppose. but either way the truth is....you flirt with each other so...he's definetly attracted to you but he is being too cautious like I said (wrote) before. Go ahead and ask him....you won't get dumped...unless he's gay I suppose...

i think you should get to know him even better and find out what he wants in a relationshop. if he want what u want, maybe you should ask him to meet you somewhere private to talk, or he could walk you to your car afterwork. maybe if your realy lucky he might even ask you out before you get a chance to!!!

well, for starters you can start asking questions of his family and get to now him better. you may find out something you want or dont want to know.... so think about what you... before you do it... it is your decision
