It's Only In One Eye And It's Always Watery... Is It A Infection?... Or What... Please Help....

demodex or sarcopties mites (mange) can cause this problem.

chihuahuas often have eye problems, because ther eyes are big, and a little bit dry. call the vet, and maybe he can give you eyedrops.
