straightening irons from vidal sassoon are wonderful. make sure you mist your hair slightly before ironing. remember, it's easier to shape wet hair than dry hair.

there are lots of shampoo lines that will make your hair smoother and straighter as well as shinier. Try herbal essences dangerously straight shampoo and conditioner. As for straightening, I would recommend a ceramic iron. Some are expensive, but the good ones are more efficient, heat up faster, work better, and damage ur hair less. Chi irons are geat. I have one and I love it. Whatever you do, make sure to put some protective product in your hair before straightening it to minimize damage. You might even want to try a shampoo such as pantene restoratives if you are going to straighten your hair every day.

you will see some very expensive straightners...and those are only worth it if u have extremely curly hair and if u will be using it alot....theres a lot of straighters out there in regular stores that are decent....

I have very thick hair and I use a ceramic straightening iron by Revlon. It works fine. And I believe it was only $12.

Paul Mitchell's Super Skinny Hair Serum. It smells sooo good. I've tried a million different products and this one made my super frizzy curly hair stick straight, smooth, and protected from the heat. I'd be careful though, I ended up being allergic and it made me break out around my forehead.

Go to a salon and get it done professionally; otherwise you risk seriously damaging your hair.
