That depends on the state and the company. In our state you can work at 14 with working papers. But working in a tanning salon takes someone that is mature enough so they won't let their friends tan for free,or stay in the bed to long and really hurt them self. The owners would take that in to consideration before hiring.

That is up to the owner of this tanning salon. I don't think that there's a legal qualification of age to work at a tanning salon, however if you're like, 12, you probably can't/won't be hired. Good luck!

like with tattoo of course would be 18... peircing 21... working with the body... requires a legal age.

i believe you have to be at least 18, but i think they want older..they want responsible people working there to ensure that the patrons are safe while using the facilities...
