She will sneeze out a yellow "chunky" like liquid out of her nose. and then afterwards she digs very aggresivly on the ground and rolls around and rubs her nose on the ground and then she has difficulty breathing and will hold her mouth open. she has done this for as long as i can remember and i have brought her to the vet and they dont know what is wrong with her. does anyone have any suggestions of what this could be? i am desperate to find out what is wrong with her so i can get this problem fixed.

Next time she sneezes, collect up the pus in a small container, take her and it to the vet , have them do blood work on her for infection, take an x-ray of her head and see if she has a large abscess in her nasal area, sounds like she got a small fox tail up in there and it's become infected, if she has an infection, she needs to be on Clavimox or something like that to ease her suffering, if you feel your vet is inadequate, call around until you find someone who thinks the way you do.
Good luck!

It sounds like allergies. Maybe you should check out what she gets in to, plays with, etc and see if she has any problems with any of the items. Good Luck!!

Give this a try. You can type in your question and get and answer pretty quickly. Seems like strange behavior. I have a min-pin chi mix and thankfully I've not seen this. Good luck...I hope everything works out .
