He flirts with me all the taime but doesnt really talk or flirt with me when hes with his friends. is that bad?i like him but he has no idea and i dont want him to know!! what should i do to get his attention and i guess be good friends with him?

He probably does not want to flirt with you around his friends because of the macho thing. He could be ridiculed by his friends and teased about it and does not want to have to deal with that.
If he is flirting with you, well then, he must surely like you so that is not an issue. Catch him by himself sometime and have a chat with him. Tell him how you feel about him and Good Luck to you.

It's common for a guy to not flirt or talk to the girl he likes when he is with his friends, if he does not want them to know and get teased all the time.
You could just be nice and friendly to him....smile a lot, say nice things and touch him....he should get the message.
A good girl trick- While he is close by say you wish to go to a movie, play, concert, whatever....but that you have no one to go with(say that part loud). Go on for a couple lines and say how much you wish that some guy would ask you. He should jump at the chance to say something with a set up like that.

Don't be to easy to catch - flirt back but leave him wanting more - be a friend - smile alot and be confident - he could be intimidated to flirt with you around his friends - but act like you dont care - and if nothing happens move on there lots of fish in the sea

O.k If you don't want him to know you like him then just be friends.
It;s not bad that he doesn't flirt with you around his friends it;s good. Because then his friends don;t start flirting with you. Unless their cute; ). Just be really good friends till he makes the move.
