there's this guy i like. his name is andrew. i wnat to invite him to my church bcuz im playing the guitar in a music thing for our prayer service and plus i want my friends to meet him too. what do u think is the best way to do this....im not sure if hes christian or even goes to church or has gone to church.....

Pray about this situation, and if he likes you he should want to do things that you like to do, whether he is christian or not he should not be against attending a service.
For you personally.....if you want to please the Lord, he would be pleased by you dating a fellow believer. However, if he is not , maybe the Lord can use you to BE STRONG AND LIVE IN THE TRUTH OF HIS WORD AND BRING YOUR WANT TO BE BOYFRIEND TO THE LORD ALSO! =] LIVE4TRUTH=]

i think that it depends on how well you know him. Firstly, does he know that you play the guitar? is he interested in music? if he is then you can bring it up in conversation - im playing the guitar, i would really like it if you could be there. Does he know any of your friends? they could maybe ask him if he is going to hear you play on Sunday, and then he may end up asking you what you are doing!
Seriously though, don't worry about it, what's the worst he can say? No, so what nothing lost, nothing gained! There is always next time.

Just ask if he wants to hear you play sometime. Then spring the church thing on him after he says yes to hearing you play.

hey dont fret over it, ok? hes just a guy, ask him. if hes not a christian thatll open up a door for u to witness to him. if he is then thats great! i really hope he is. i personally wouldnt date a nonchristian guy. o and thats awesome that u can play the guitar! lol. good luck ok. just be yourself and youll be great.

Just casually say something about the youth group.
"It's fun, there's food & games & worship. maybe you'd wanna come with me sometime."
It can be a little awkward, but you can do it!
