I have normal homocysteine levels. While I was pg, I took 4,000 mcg folic acid and extra B6 and B12. No doctor really seems to what to do while not pg.

no specific multivitamins, homozygous state places you at a higher risk of clots so just ensure that you take an aspirin a day (just for peace of mind since it works different but still is a blood thinner), keep moving your legs, long drives take a break frequently, long flights go to the restroom even if you don't want to go, work don't just sit or stand keep going back and forth, good luck

I dont be conscious of what that gene is yet I even have a non hormonal iud. I even have had no problems with it. I have been given it somewhat over 6 years in the past. purely factor is the cramps on the time of classes. They harm. yet i now have 2-3 day classes particularly of seven days. i like it.
