He has been over to my aunts house(in rockford,IL im in springfield,IL) and he has been over to their house and he always texts me and asks me to get online so me and him can talk and he tells me in cool and stuff like that.. Does that mean he likes me?

yeah! either that or he wants to be ur BEST FRIEND but, come on, how many girls get guys going over to their AUNTS house and TEXTS you to come on??
my best friend had a guy who did that, well, only the texting part and stuff and it turns out he did like her and she liked him too. but that was a couple years ago anyway :]
