I'm trying to remember what the name of the medical condition is when you fall asleep all of the time and you can't control it.

What are you talking about? The opposite of insomia is hypersomnia, and it excessive sleep, but you talk about a different disorder.
It's called narcolepsy, and it's a disorder of the brain. It can be treated. It can be dangerous to a person to have a narcoleptic episode in the middle of daily life.

You're talking about narcolepsy but that's not the opposite of insomnia.

"Hypersomnia" is the opposite of insomnia and you can find more info at the site listed below.

Sleep is the antonym of insomnia.

Narcolepsy is the sleep disorder you may be thinking about.
