Watch out with the email address, not everyone here's nice. Have you tried to Google it, or have a look in genealogy websites ?

I think getting more info on Bill Wilson might be the best bet, if you don't know about your sister she may not know about you.
Check with Salvation Army, they may be able to help too.
If you know where Bill Wilson lived, maybe putting and advert in the local press and Farmers Weekly might help as well

Try www.birthdatabase.com. This might give you a date of birth, then try Argali.com or zarbasearch.com. and see if you can trace her. You could also try to trace Bill Wilson, to see what happened with him. Try social security death records. It would be helpful if you knew the state that they were in when she was born.

Try Genes re-united, they have a database of people that are trying to find others.
Or Friends re-united, another good source.

the only sites i know are genes united or friends united i wish you the best of luck hopefully you will find your sister soon

local records office may help or free bmd,do you know the area he would have lived? would you have the same mother or do you know her mothers name?email me and i will help if i can.
