HOT SAUCE IN MINUTES
2 (16 oz.) cans whole tomatoes
2 or 3 jalapeno peppers
1/4 med. onion
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
In blender, put 1 can of tomatoes, jalapeno peppers, onion, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper. Blend 15 seconds and add last can of tomatoes. Barely turn blender on and right back off; so that hot sauce will be thicker. Pour in bowl and serve. Refrigerate after each use.

steam carrots till soft, add onion, steam till soft, add ripe habaneros and garlic and steam till soft… put all through a blender… put back in pan on low, add a bit of salt, a little lemon juice, add vinegar till desired thinness of sauce….simmer awhile and bottle it up…. sorry i don't give better directions, but i don't want to give away my recipe, but i'll point you in the direction…. lots of hot sauce lovers have given me good feedback on it…. depending on how much pepper you use, it can get quite hot. use with caution… i love the hot stuff, but i only put about 7 drops on a sandwich… most people use less… keep milk handy when testing…lol…. btw, this is my mom's computer
