I know I remember that part... one guy tells the other that whoever is not paying attention to them is a cop... an old guy does not pay attention to them and he says he's a cop... and when the woman walks by with her dog he says the same thing... i think they just laughed at a possibility that she might have been a cop... that's why they said she must be the police commissioner... i don't know but that's why i think they said that...
OMG... wasn't the movie the fabulous... it was amazing... i thought the bad cop guy would survive 'cuz i forgot about the nice cop that was so rude to everyone... the movie was flawless... i loved it... definitely one of the best action movie for years...
