do you use mouthwash? and Do you think mouthwash really help with reducing plaque and oral hygiene?

Well, I do know that Listerine got me through about a month of tooth pain!
I had a broken tooth that was KILLING me, and I mean I was in tears daily from it. I don't have insurance so I had to wait to have it fixed. I started using Listerine 3 times a day and it helped TREMENDOUSLY! So it must kill some bacteria, or something!

You must brush your teeth for 3 minutes, gargle well and brush your tongue. After flossing your teeth, scrape the floss across your tongue a few times. You can also clean your sinuses (which harbor stinky bacteria) by using water in your hand a few times and then breathing the water lightly into your nose the way some cultures do. Use mouthwash in your waterpick.
Because of the complex foods people eat today, cleaning the breath should take as long as taking a shower --and is a multi-tiered process. Good luck!

If you clean your teeth and tongue twice a day gargle with salt water don't taste very nice but cleans your mouth out if its your breath then get a breath freshener or look at what your eating diet is important
