That cannot happen because when Satan fell, he was given over to his sin and is incapable of repentence. He is not capable of love, sorrow, or any kind of good positive emotions and feelings. The only way to be forgiven is to accept the payment of Jesus's death, burial, and resurrection. Being "sorry" doesn't get it!

Satan cannot be forgiven for two reasons.
1. He sinned without a tempter. There was no devil to make him do it. He became the devil by doing it.
2. He has no redeemer. There is no one who has stepped up to become an angel to come and pay the price for him - the way God the Son came to earth as a human baby and lived here 33 years and died, went to hell to pay our eternal debt and then was raised again to become our advocate (defense lawyer) before the Judge of the Universe, His Father God.
Nobody will do that for angels so they are out of luck. Yet they still think they are going to win. Shows how little they know. They are like computers with a virus. They are not worth saving so they will simply be thrown out onto the junk pile for all eternity. Be sure not to let them fool you into going with them.

No, there's no reason for us to pray for the devil to have a change of heart and be converted. The Bible makes it clear that Satan's doom is certain, and that someday he will be cast "into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels" (Matthew 25:41).
Never forget that Satan is absolutely opposed to God, and he always will be. This has been true since the beginning of time, when he rebelled against God and tried to take over God's position as Lord of the universe. All evil comes from him, and he will do everything he can to spew forth deception and death upon the earth. The Bible says that "there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies" (John 8:44).
No, we don't pray for Satan to repent—but the Bible does tell us to pray that he will be bound, and that those who follow him will be blocked from carrying out their evil schemes. We should pray this both for ourselves and our world. The Apostle Paul wrote, "Pray that we may be delivered from wicked and evil men, for not everyone has faith" (2 Thessalonians 3:2).
The most important truth about Satan, however, is that he is a defeated foe, for by His death and resurrection Jesus Christ conquered Satan. Is your faith and trust in Christ?

Actually - wasn't Satan originally on God's payroll as a judge and temptor of men? I don't think the whole "fall" bit came about until popular medieval literature took Satan's story to a whole new level. So... technically he has nothing to apologize for.

No.
satans Spirit was Messed Up (Lost, Damned).
This Messed Up Spirit got Passed down to All Human Beings since Adam---Through Adam.
Jesus Died for Human Beings, so that They could get Their Spirits Recreated (Saved, Born-Again) and make it Back to Heaven.
Jesus DID NOT DIE for Angels.
Lost Angels are Goners.
Human Beings have a Chance.

That is a good question to ask the church. Even they would get really confused. I think that the men who created God couldn't answer you that. But by the bible and the church, if Satan confessed his sins he would be forgiven. But on the other side he is the ultimate evil, and the church says that he would never confess, and even if he did he would hardly be forgiven.

That's an interesting question. I would think that God would be able to tell if Satan was sincere or not...

The bible teaches that salvation is only for man. There is no salvation for angels, in fact, the angels are mystified as to why God has planned salvation for us. Since the devil was one of the highest angels at one time, he has no hope of salvation. I think it may be because the angels were actually with God and experienced his great glory, etc so there is no excuse for their sin against Him.
