I have gotten a rash on my cheek in the same spot twice.?

A couple of years ago I had small rash of red bumps below and to the side of my left eye, it became inflamed and eventually went away leaving a small scar. Now it has reappeared in the same spot, it is not painfull, it itches slightly. The first time I got it was about a week after I had poison ivy, so I assumed thats what it was, but I cannot think of any reason why it would be back now. Im curious what it is and what I should do for it

Lots of things can cause this one being shingles. If it came back you should see a doctor.
