i also had a really bad head ack and my throat still kinda hirts

The green "crap" is stomach bile, it helps with your digestion. If your stomach is empty, that's the only thing in it to come up. It sounds to me like you have a stomach bug or the yearly influenza bug that goes around this time of the year. You will just have to wait for it go away.l

Sounds like the bile from your stomach and could be mixed with sinus drainage. I had this happen quite a few times the past month.

Sounds like you vomited up your water with some bile. It would make your throat hurt.

It's stomach bile and water. Also, could be sinus drainage.

means your sick. go see a doc and have him give you some graval for motionsickness. this will help you not throw up or get some to stick where you don't throw up. gross i know but do what ya gotta do. hopefully you will feel better and not have to
