Sorry, but all the translations sound crappy to me, like out of an translation tool.
There are two possibilities, the informal one (friend, child, someone you know well):
Ich würde mich gerne mit Dir treffen
Or the formal one (someone you don't know, in business, elderly people)
Ich würde mich gerne mit Ihnen treffen
If you can't copy&paste the ü just spell it ue instead.
"Hopefully it will be possible" translated literally would be
Hoffentlich ist dies möglich (again if you cannot use ö take oe).
I would rephrase it though into a better sentence like
Ich würde mich freuen, wenn das möglich wäre
because the literal translation sounds a bit demanding in German.
Mail me if you need more. My German is still better than my English.

Ich möchte gern mit Sie* treffen.
*polite. If you are talking to a friend or someone you know quite well on a friendly level, replace Sie with 'du'.
-------
"dir" and "dich" are both forms of "du". The difference involves other words of the sentence affecting the form. One is accusative and the other nominative. The polite form of "du" is "Sie" (you must use capital letter S because "sie" means she or you (plural))

The answer from New Zealand was correct. If you use Word, you can go to Insert (Einfügen) then Symbols and Latin 1, and you'll find all those a,o,u Umlauts or the French accents, even if they're not available on your keyboard. Sorry, my computer only speaks German to me.
