I have this friend and i think he likes me but I am not sure. Whenever we talk he looks deep into my eyes and smiles for a long time. He says i can call him anytime of the night. I think he is flirting but I am not sure. What do you do?

How does he act around other female friends? If hes only doing as you say with you then he definitely likes you, a lot!, if you like him then try spending more time alone together and see what happens maybe he'll make a move, but trust me if hes always about or offering to be and always has a smile for you then there's definitely something there.
If you only want to be friends then just tell him in conversation what a great 'friend' he is, I'm shore hell get the message.

No but seriously, I'm pretty sure your friend likes you.
I usually smile and try to be funny. It works pretty well for me.
