Nobody can help you coz we don't know how you feel towards the girl. if you don't like her you have to tell her the truth and not let her keep on waiting. if you really like her then bothof you can start a relationship

get to know more about her 1st before committing to a relationship.
do not get into a love triangle by all possible means.
ps: sex before marriage ruins many things.
