If you are thinking about not going out with someone because you're worried about what someone else thinks about you, please stop!! If she's only pretending to be your friend, I would end the "friendship." But thats just me. If she doesn't like you for who you are, why do you care what she thinks?? So she doesn't like you. Plenty of people don't like me but I don't give a thought about them. If you want to go out with him, go for it. It's not someone else's place to tell you not to.

Never miss an opportunity. Life's too short. You may never get a second chance and you will be left wondering "Should I have gone out with him?" if you don't go out with him. If you don't like him then don't go with him a second time
