panic attacks are related more to anxiety disorders, and the experience is a severe rush of adrenaline.

Schizophrenia is a psychiatric diagnosis that describes a mental disorder characterized by impairments in the perception or expression of reality and by significant social or occupational dysfunction. A person experiencing untreated schizophrenia is typically characterized as demonstrating disorganized thinking, and as experiencing delusions or auditory hallucinations.
Although the disorder is primarily thought to affect cognition, it can also contribute to chronic problems with behavior and emotion.

Demonic possession, in supernatural belief systems, is a form of spiritual possession whereby certain malevolent extra-dimensional entities, demons, gain control over a mortal person's body, which is then used for an evil or destructive purpose. Unlike in channelling or other benign forms of possession, the subject has no control over the possessing entity and so it will persist until forced to leave the victim, usually through a form of exorcism. Many cultures and religions contain some concept of demonic possession, but the details vary considerably. Some cultures, in particular the Roma people also believe that demons can also possess animals, plants, deceased persons or inanimate objects.

Ok, well, none of the three are usually related to one another.

A panic attack is a sudden bout of intense fear or anxiety that causes frightening but not life-threatening symptoms such as a pounding heart, shortness of breath, and the feeling of losing control or dying. Usually from 5 to 20 minutes long, a panic attack may be triggered by stressful circumstances or it may occur unexpectedly.

Schizophrenia is a severe brain disease that interferes with normal brain and mental function—it can trigger hallucinations, delusions, paranoia, and significant lack of motivation. Without treatment, schizophrenia affects the ability to think clearly, manage emotions, and interact appropriately with other people. It is often disabling and can profoundly affect all areas of your life (for example, becoming unable to work or go to school).

I'm not sure what you mean by "possessions". If you are talking about something like "demonic possesions", they are related to religious beliefs, and not mental illnesses like panic attacks or schizophrenia. Some religions believe that peoples mind and body can be possessed by demons.

Hope that helped. Good luck.

A panic attack is a disorder of the brain where the brain will elicit a maximum response for a stressor that may or may not be a cause for alarm. When you train yourself to freak out over nothing, and it affects your life negatively, that's a panic disorder.

Schizophrenia is a completely different thing. In shizophrenia, a mind is damaged and scattered. It has lost its ability to make appropriate connections. It often resorts to inappropriate behavior for conflict resolution (the conflict that is ever-present in the mind). It is dangerous for persons with schizophrenia to live and interact in society and their reality is splinitered.
A lot of people confuse schizophrenia with multiple personality disorder. It is not the same thing. Not even close. It's a illness of the mind, where the defense to stressors is an adopted personality that, of course, is not real. It is a serious illness.

When you say possessions, you are referring to one of mankind's attempts at understanding the human mind by speculating the occupation of a foreign spirit in the body. This can't be scientifically explained, but is a question of faith. Ask your pastor, minister, elder or someone at your church, if you are a believer. If you aren't, maybe you should check one out.

The short answer is that panic attacks are a form of an anxiety disorder and may be correlated to Generalized Anxiety Disorder.
Schizophrenia is a psychotic disorder that causes a detachment from reality with symptoms such as delusions and hallucinations. IT IS NOT MULTIPLE PERSONALITIES. If by possessions you mean like the Exorcist, well I can't really help you on that. You should try going to the American Psychiatric Association's website for further information.

Panic attacks come on suddenly and you get very nervous or anxious. Schizophrenia you mood can go from good to bad very quickly or you can have multiple personalities. What do you mean about possessions? If your talking about being possessed by a demon or something like that i don't believe in that stuff because i have a close relationship with GOD.

Panic attacks are a type of phobia or are associated with stress. Fear of being out in public, etc. It becomes pertinent that you get out of wherever you are and you feel "panicy" to do so. Schizophrenia is a definite mental illness due to chemical imbalance or heredity with voices and auditory hallucinations manefesting themselves varying to different degrees depending on the individual. As in possessions I suspect you mean demonic or spiritual, the entity enters a person's body displaying uncharacteristic actions as in cursing, etc but is entered and not manefesting itself outside but inside.
