This seems to be an age old question with guys should I relax before I go out? But since I don't drink like an alcoholic I would rather enjoy the beer with my company. I guess the answer is if you tend to overdue it you shouldn't. Oh well I'll leave the Dos Equis in the fridge till I get home!

Don't get all drunk and ruin yourself. Just be yourself and people will like you for who you are, not who you are when your drunk. Plus you might get caught by the police while driving to or from the place where your dating, now that could get ugly.

Sure, why not! As long as you don't have a low alcohol tolerance, you should be just fine. Y not crack a few cold ones with your company. But then again, you did admit that you have the tendency to "overdue". so maybe you shouldn't. Aw! What the hell, do it anyway!!

If you feel more comfortable when ur drunk then yes. But it's not gonna be showing the real you and that can really throw someone off so if u have a tendency to be shy then you should drink so that u won't be as shy and then when yall meet up the next time...talk to him when ur sober...

No. Beer smells. Unless you're taking her to a brewery.
However, taking a shot of whiskey (or the hard liquor of your choice) relaxes you, quite quickly, and is much easier to mask.

You shouldn't drink in that way. It might become a habit and before you know it your a drunk. Nervousness is not always bad, it keeps you in line sometimes.
