Aww, that's not nice. I suggest Googling "home school" and then whatever state you're in. Some home schools, such as Calvert (I believe), have country-wide homeschooling programs, and there a lot of government programs per state. You may also be able to check in with your local high school or church for more info on this.

I don't know the legal end of it, but I am home schooled and I most definately am not a "village idiot" Anyway I think that being homeschooled rocks. I still do sports through the school. If you need a curiculum to use SOS school house is a great one. I am doing 9th grade through that and it makes school really fun, I have learned alot too. It is a computer curiculum with automatic grading, quizes, tests, lessons, ect. I think it is great that you are interested in homeschooling. Good Luck

If you are considering hm sch. I have done it and don't regret it. At the time I was not working ft. There are many programs to hm sch. from. The christian schools and churches have a good one however you may not agree with some of their conservative teachings. The Univ. of Mich. has a great one with videos text books etc. They also award a diploma after 12th gr. But it is costly. Yale univ. encourages home schooled to apply to their college. I liked the christian way because they had a network of parents to help each other.

Did any of you mean people consider that this person may not even live in the US?
Or does it not matter to you and you will just sucker punch anyone?
Grow up, will ya?
And doll, to answer your question, just do a search for: homeschooling in _______ and put your country in the blank.
I did it for someone that asked about laws for australia and it worked nicely, but I think yahoo may have blanked out the website, so I don't know how much help it was.
