You may be sleeping too long. The reason the experts say to take only a 20 minute nap is that it's enough time to refresh your body, but not enough to get into a deep sleep state. You might be getting into a deep sleep and waking up before you've completed a sleep cycle, so you feel groggy and gross. Try 20 minutes and see if that helps.

From adventure she's in all probability out grown the mid nap, if she had one you does no longer be waiting to get her down at night. She's getting lots of sleep at night this is sturdy. Does she wake in the process the night? If she does then i might advise if no longer a snooze yet a "quiet time" with a e book or a action picture the place for an hour she should be quiet and nevertheless. i got here upon that via doing this my infants might the two have a quick nap or the place much less irritable interior the afternoon/night. desire this enables. sturdy success.

if you ate right before your nap that's probably what it is. Do power naps, like a 20-30 minute type thing. It's 7pm I'm already tired for the night but I have to wait til atleast 10 so i can sleep through the night. good luck.

Try skipping your nap and just sleeping at least 8 hours per night .....

sometimes day naps over 15 minutes are hard on the body....

Sounds like an allergy. Where do you take the naps? Maybe there is something around there you are allergic to.
