How should we decorate are "Winter in Paris" themed dance?

Snow, snowflakes, ice and and ice-skating rink for a dance floor.

We did April in Paris for our high school prom in the 70s.... and used flowers, an outdoor French cafe, and had pictures professionally taken under the Eiffel Tower.

Be creative and imaginative for how to build things. You can do an Eiffel Tower with snow on it, etc.
