It was "back in the day" when the dumb blonde jokes came around. In movies, there was always a hot, but extraordinarily stupid, blonde girl. Many people (not all) found this funny, so it's still around today. I suppose "blonde moments" are a way of saying, "Wow. I was so stupid just now." I'm blonde, and I'm definitely not stupid. Just don't take offense and come back with the, "Oh yeah, but what about those burnettes!"

True Fact: The Romans, as you know, took slaves from all over Europe. Blonde slaves were usually cheaper than brunette slaves, because it was assumed that the blondes were harder to teach, and would clumsily break things in the house!

everbody know all blondes aren't dumb. I'ts just wut ppl use to classify them since an excess amount of blondes seemed to b challenged( no offense to all blondes). You're right it's a wrong thing to do, but it's to imbedded into history to make it stop
