Well done on the drink and drugs. Why miss out on all three though. Unless you are planning to join the priesthood! Keep off the drugs, Prescribed meds only, Unless you were seriously Alcohlic before drink in moderation is fine>Just Dont Get Drunk> Find your limit and stick to it. Sex in moderation works too! Men perform better in bed sober and women enjoy it more and what happens between 2 consenting adults is their own business. If your both over 16 it's legal! If your single Then remember the risks. Aids and Sexually Transmitted Diseases or Pregnancy are still here!

Why would you want to do drugs and go on a drinking binge? You only have one body and have to take care of it. Now for the sex: USE PROTECTION! Do not use anyone. It is very easy to have sex casually which really can make us feel bad about ourselves and make the other person feel used. You do not need to live like a saint, just no drugs, drink with in reason. Have sex only with one you love. Remember, that if you have sex, be prepared for the consequences of such an act: ie: a baby or disease.

just do everything w/ caution. You can drink like in a social environment, drugs are bad for you anyways so you shouldn't do that. And w/ sex-as long as it isn't casual then it's okay. Do whatever makes you feel good about yourself. You don't have to be a saint, but not an animal neither.

All things in moderation! Some wise man said that, I don't know who.
Seriously, Congratulations. Sounds like it might have taken some willpower and determination for you to do so.
If you're comfortable being a tea-totaller, why not go right on doing so? It certainly won't hurt you. On the other and, Alcohol and sex in moderation certainly won't hurt you - IF, and I stress IF, taking that one drink every now and then won't cause you to slide back to your own ways.

Just ignore the f@#kwits who are on here who are ruining there health with drink/drugs. I turned tea total over 6 years ago and do you know something I would not thank you for an alcoholic drink. As for being celibate I don't think I could give up sex I love it to much. My advice would be.....A little of what you fancy does you good, As you are dead for ever and that is a very long time.

Awesome job!! There is no need to change your ways. You should be proud of yourself. Using and drinking are a waste of money and brain cells. You have accomplished something that most people can not obtain! There is nothing wrong with being celibate either! Keeps you child free and disease free! Do the right thing, there is always a risk involved with drinking and drugging- dealers can kill you and cops can bust you.

Congratulations, that must have taken some willpower. You don't have to live like a saint, just moderate things, if you think you can. Apart from the drugs. Best to leave them behind. Do what you feel is right for you. Good luck.

It all depends on how you now feel physically and emotionally. if you think that you would go back to your old ways then I would say stay the way you are There must have been some reason for you to take these steps in the first place, it would be a shame to have done it for a year then to waste it all

Keep going! I am trying to stop smoking and to do that I have to stop drinking as I can't drink without smoking. You have gone a long way and have done great to give them up. Why go back after getting where you are? I am finding it hard and I assume you did to in the beginning so why go through it all again. once is enough to give up but twice?Good luck and keep going as you have done great.
