As a person who lives a good way from the coast of South Carolina, I just wonder what will happen to all those who live in the areas of the world that may be flooded by rising sea levels if nothing is done about global warming. We in the US have places that are not heavily populated where some people could live, but what about whole nations that will be totally flooded? Will there be more horrible wars as countries fight over land or will we work together as a species to find a way to adapt to changes and live differently?

since mostly rich people these days have waterfront property, maybe they will just build their houses on supports and than we will start branching off into the actual ocean.
otherwise, I think we will be even more screwed for space than we are now.....most of the "combfortable" places to live are getting crowded....it seems like canada is the last place on earth that has a lot of open space......so anyone who isn't a wussy baby, they will move to canada, and brave our occaisional cold.......those to ignorant to realize that canada is pretty warm for more than half a year.....they will more than likly make the crowded cities look like a sardine can.
Unless of course we have managed to install a fully functioning bio-dome on Mars.....on that encompasses the whole planet maybe.....but really, when global warming hits, canada will be safe and probably over-populated.

Have an experiment for U. Fill a Glass full of ice. Now fill to the rim with water. Allow it to melt and what happened??? The ice occupies more space than it will after it melts. So if anything the sea level should go down. Just like this Global Warming is a lie don't be taken by it.
