Is it a wedding shower for the bride or the actual wedding? Is it formal or fun? Classy or not? A few more details are needed. Do you have a wedding theme, colors or a favorite couples Christmas song or tradition?
If you don't really know yet, try this:
Do a winter wonderland:
Drape white tulle over tables, walls, ceiling or other areas and put small clear christmas lights behind the tulle to make it glow. (looks like snow)
Christmas tree, make it a couples tree. Put ornaments that are special to the bride and groom on it and have the guests try to guess which ones are the brides and which are the grooms. Add garter belts as ornaments and top the tree with a cake topper instead of a star.
Put the bridal gifts under the tree. Make a tree skirt out of different kinds of lingerie (put something under them to keep them nice), holiday themed of course like "sexy mrs.claus"- just layer them around the tree overlapping slightly.
Decorate the kitchen with gingerbread men and women, (can use as favors at end). Have each gingerbread "couple" wear "coordinating clothes" reflecting the interests or hobbies of the couple. Maybe a sports team logo or a dance outfit or anything else. If it is a big kitchen maybe have "couples" reenacting "scenes" from their lives together. Special places or events and make a gingerbread "house" to go with it. Maybe decorate it as the first place they met or kissed or first date.
Decorate the living areas with tulle, lights and garland. Put lots of shiny ornaments and accent with the colors of the wedding. Add shiny ribbons, twinkle lights in the colors of the wedding shoved down vases and wrapped with small garlands look really pretty if you group a few together. Put Mr. and Mrs Snowman made out of styrofoam balls on a table and have the guests "decorate" with markers, buttons, fabric, etc. Let them "use their imagination" if you know what I mean.(glue dots are not messy and you can get them at a craft store to attach the "pieces").
I used to decorate weddings- I haven't done one in a while. It was fun thinking up things for your shower- thanks! Hope you can use some of these ideas. And congratulations to the bride and groom!

If she's registered for kitchen utensils like wooden spoon, spatula, etc., you could tie ribbon on them and hang them from the tree. Give them to her in a gift bag at the end of the party. You can do the same thing as party favors or game prizes for the guests too. Hang pot holders, measuring cups, cookie cutters from the tree too.
Get a small Christmas tree (12" or so,) from your local craft store and decorate it with miniature ornaments to set in your kitchen among the hors d'oeuveres. You don't need to put a skirt under, a heap of red & white starburst mints or a skattering of tinsel beneath it would be cute.
Use lots of the classic red & green Christmas colors in your serveware. Plates and bowls of Christmas cookies and candy will be festive too.
In the invitations, ask each guest to bring their favorite cookie recipe for the bride on an index card or sheet of paper. Buy a 3-ring binder or a recipe box for her to store them in.
Serve a festive punch, find recipes at http://allrecipes.com
I'm a little jealous of you, I want to hold a Christmas bridal shower in my home now!
Good Luck & Have Lots of Fun with it!

I'm not sure where in the country you are but if there's snow you could do snowflake themed decorations, pastel baby blues, and shimmery irridescents. It would focus on the holiday without pushing aside the fact that this girl is having a baby.

You could string gingerbread men on string across the ceilings like I did once, and you should add lots of tinsel.
