i have got acne on my inner thighs ive been trying this neutragena thing on it but i dont think its doing anything can someone please tell me of a way to get rid of it

It sounds more like a type of folliculitis. I would stop putting cream on it, and try to get in with a doctor. They can prescribe something stronger to make it go away. Does the acne hurt at all?

It might also be ingrown hairs that have become infected. Maybe try an antibacterial cleanser (an acne cleanser would be good) and a washcloth and gently scrub the area. I would then put a cortizone cream on the area twice a day and see if that helps.
My daughter has the same problem on her legs, especially after she shaves and this helps her a lot. But, a call to a good dermatologist would probably be a good idea also.

I have the same problem. Seems like it's worse sometimes. I always thought it had something to do with lack of sun exposure or something.

go 2 your doc and get sum oil free gell, makes the skin peel nd its wrks!
