I am against abortion. I think that people are just using it as a form of birth control these days. There are plenty of people out there who wants babies and can't. I think that adoption is the way to go. I think that it should be illegal

It's about time. Abortion should have never been made legal, it is killing a human being no matter how long after conception. Abortion is wrong under any circumstances. I used to think if a women got raped it would be alright to have an abortion but why kill an innocent little human being. It's not their fault. So you should give it a chance and if u don't want it, put it up for adoption. I mean think about it...with all the baby's that have been aborted one of those could have been your best friend or the person who changed ur life or even changed the WORLD. One of those baby's could have been the next president or the person who came up with the cure for cancer. You see what I am saying? Why kill an innocent human being? Don't give me that crap that people say how can it be a life? It's so small. Life begins at conception not after birth. And i'm all for women's rights but this is completely different. This is giving someone the power to say if someone lives or dies. It's not fair to the baby, it's not their fault. So you can see ABORTION IS WRONG!!!!!!!

Although I am against abortions as a form of birth control, I don't judge others that have them done and it is a personal choice and the Government needs to stay out of it. It really is not anyone else's business if someone chooses to do this.

i voted no on it. i'm pro-choice by all standards i suppose, but i'm for regulating abortion. it shouldn't be used as a form of birth control. but referred law 6 (abortion ban) goes to far. it doesn't allow for exceptions in the case of rape, incest or health risks to the mother/child. as a victim of rape when i was younger, had i got pregnant i wouldn't have ever been able to carry or have that child. so some legal provisions i'm all for it, but a complete ban is wrong. women (and the guy that helped) should have a choice, otherwise it will be like the old days when women went to butchers and got ill, infections, or died. so definately there should be rules but not a ban!

A black mark on the state and basic rights of women everywhere. I will never visit that state again. Barbaric. Can't y'all just see the next generation of inbred babies and crack kids? I think it is horrifying that female reproduction is something that government feels the need to control. Women have been in charge of their reproductive health since the dawn of civilization and before, we have known how to stop pregnancies for millennium and it was a private choice up until the time that men began to interfere in medicine and call women witches. As soon as they found out what we've been doing...aborting their babies(often conceived in rape and incest)...they got all insecure about their manliness and responded with fear and loathing. That is still the main irrational reason for the need to control your body.

The only time abortion is wrong is when it is used as the only form of birth control by stupid junky crack whores. Trust a man or a crazed Christian Zealot to call it murder - Tell that to your daughter when Uncle Jim gets her in the family way, or to your wife who is bleeding to death slowly. To say it is murder is to show your ultimate ignorance.

I personally would never have one but you know people have their reason and they are the ones who have to deal with it....My question is they can force these young people to other countries to die who have already have lives family and friends. This is a touchy subject but to make my point the goverment shouldn't out law it. They should put limitations on it perhaps for those who use it as birth control and they should have to have the concent of the father for those who know who they are.
