Flirt with him and if he flirts back tell him you enjoy talking to him and stuff and you wanna get to know him more and that you think goin' on a date would be a good start. You shouldn't sit around waiting...are u waiting to die or what? Life is too short...go for it gurl...you'll get him if you put ur mind to it. Plus boys can be just as shy and nervous as us so it doesn't make a difference who asked who out. I think it's cute for a boy to get asked out by a girl.
