How do I scale a clip art in Power Point 2003?

it's telling me to scale it to 230 %...?????i think i missed something in lecture.lol.

Insert the clipart and click on it (left click). Around the image now appear 8 white small dots: these are the handles to use for resizing, but if you want to preserve the proportions (height-width) use a corner handle (hold left button and drag). This operation is assisted in Powerpoint. Generally to resize an image you have to keep Shift pressed while you drag.
