he talks very soft and you can barely hear him, and he is too serious and never funny at all.

No! They gotta make me laugh... I don't usually care about looks, I mean I have to able to stand looking at them. Wouldn't it be great to find a guy who is nice, funny, caring, smart, and cute etc. But it usually doesn't work out that way so I go for personality!

NO. I did once. Maybe it's part of growing up. He was an irish dancer, and his face was gorgeous and his body...mmmm...
But he was not interesting (to me). I found myself going out with him because he was interested in me.
If you go out with this guy and aren't interested in him, then you're taking his time away from looking for some gal who finds him handsome and sweet and interesting. Your guy is out there, maybe handsome, maybe not, but he will make you laugh, and think, and inspire you.
Don't waste his time or yours...just tell him he's a sweetheart, but that your feelings for him are those of friendship only. And then be his friend, if that's possible for him.

Nope, looks mean nothing if you don't have a personality. I love to be with someone that makes me laugh, and makes the time I spend with them enjoyable and interesting. Not boring.
