He stares at me all the time, but he has kind of a confused yet happy look on his face. He never talks me, but I can tell he wants to. He just can't start a conversation. And if he does like me, should I ask him out? Or wait for him to make a move? HELP ME!

you CAN go talk to him instead of WAITING forever.... how do you know you like someone before you have even talked to them? you need to talk to him & get to know him a little bit before you dive right in. so, talk to him & feel it all out before just asking him out. if he isn't interested, then you will rule it out without too much embarassment.

Girl, let me tell you. There is nothing wrong w/ the girl making the first move. Guys can be just as nervous as girls when it comes to things like this. Ask him out. He'll be glad you did. And when you do, he'll probably say, "I thought you'd never ask". (lol)

You should either tell him you like him OR ask one of his friends to get the details on his feelings for you. Maybe try 'HANGING OUT' just you him and a couple of your friends and a couple of his friends. The best way to find out is to get someone to go under cover and find out for you!

I would talk to him get to know him some give him at least 2wk and if he still don't ask you out the you should go for it!! Life is too short to waste time!!

Sounds to me like he thinks your cute! But, maybe he doesn't like you cuz he doesn't know you that well! So, I suggest you go up to him and talk to him. Once you get to know each other look for body language! Good luck with him!
