If you are a homosexual then you are not a Christian. Sorry to break the news, but as Christians we are to turn away from sin and not repeat the same sins over and over again. Do you keep repenting over and over again for the same sin? Or do you think being a homosexual is not a sin? It is a choice. You have the choice to remain celibate and not act on your fleshly lust. I do not believe anyone is born gay, but if that is what you feel then you do still have a choice to act on your urges or not. If you do act then you have sinned plain and simple.
God is the judge on whether you will go to hell. I do know this, saying you are a "good Christian" and at the same time committing the most vile of sins against God is the oxymoron of all oxymoron's.

My Bible says in Leviticus 18:22
"Do not lie with a man as one lies with a woman; that is detestable."
How can you call yourself a christian and willfully disobey God's Commands?
What about these commands?
Have you ever lied even once?
Have you ever hated anyone? 1 John 3:15 says "Anyone who hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life in him."
Romans 2:15 says "Since they show that the requirements of the law are written on their hearts, their consciences also bearing witness, and their thoughts now accusing, now even defending them."
This means God has written his Ten Commandments on your heart so you know naturally what is right and wrong.
James 2:10 says "For whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles at just one point is guilty of breaking all of it."
Hebrews 9:27 says "Just as man is destined to die once, and after that to face judgment."
Would you go to Heaven or Hell? Only you can answer that.
Revelation 21:8 says "But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars—their place will be in the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death."
Think about that long and hard.
How do you avoid Hell? Repent
"I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent." Luke 15:7
Repentance means to turn to God in prayer and admit that your sinning sexually against His commands. Ask for his forgivness and then turn from being sexually immoral! If it's a struggle for you keep reading your Bible and pray all the time. A christian should always read his Bible and OBEY IT if they are to see the Kingdom of God!
Homosexuals argue that they did not make a conscious decision to be that way, so it must be natural. They are born that way—just as all of us are born with a sin nature and sinful desires (Ephesians 2:1– ). It is natural for them, and for all of us, to be tempted to do things that God says are wrong. In the same way, pedophiles and adulterers (alcoholics, drug addicts, etc.) don’t make a conscious decision to "choose" that self-destructive lifestyle, they simply give in to their sinful desires. However, although sin is natural for unbelievers, that doesn’t mean God wants them to remain that way. God can set them free from their sinful nature (Romans 7:23–8:2), give them new desires (Ephesians 4:22–24), and help them withstand temptations (1 Corinthians 10:13). See 1 Corinthians 6:9

Whether or not you really believe that you were born gay, it is your responsibility as a Christian to not practice sin. The Bible clearly states that homosexuality is sin, and those who practice sin are not born again.
Now, before you blow up over that last statement, there is a difference between the occassional moral failure and the practice of a particular sin. If, for instance, I was tempted at work to take a ream of printer paper home for use by my family, and I failed to resist that temptation, I have commited theft, which is a sin. I need to ask God's forgiveness for that, and He will forgive me if I am sincerely repentent. However, if I make a habit of stealing printer paper from my office, then I am a thief, since I am practicing theft.
Do you see the difference?
Anyway, I believe that your eternity is in fact between you and God, but take note:
No one who lives in him keeps on sinning. No one who continues to sin has either seen him or known him. (1 John 3:6)

WHOEVER believes that Jesus died on the cross for our sins will go to heaven. Ask Jesus to come into your life and pray about this. I said whoever--that means anybody, regardless of your sexual orientation or anything you've done. Jeffrey Dahmer could be in heaven right now. Once you are saved, God forgets all of your sins, I mean he FORGETS. All you have to do is believe.
As far as being born homosexual, that is not true. You were created by God--he loves you, but he hates homosexuality.

Dear Alberto, I would like to ask you a few questions...............
Have you ever lied (even once--fibs, white lies, etc.)? Ever stolen (anything--the value is irrelevant)? Jesus said, "Whoever looks upon a woman to lust after her, has committed adultery already with her in his heart." Have you ever looked with lust? If you have said "Yes" to these three questions, by your own admission, you are a lying, thieving, adulterer at heart; and The Bible says "he who hates his brother is a murderer", have you ever hated someone? Have you always put God first in every thought word and deed? if you have put anyting beofre God thats caled idolatry. Nothing you’ve ever done is hid from His holy eyes. Will you be innocent or guilty on the Day of Judgment? Listen to your conscience. You know that you will be guilty, and the Bible says the penalty for your sin is death and hell. do you see the issue here? your condemned despite your "sexual preference". While homosexuality is condemned as a sin, so is lying, stealing adultery (Lust) and hate (murder of the heart.) will God simply let you go for these sins? NO. God is the Holy and Just Judge of all the universe and he canot let sin go unpunished. but there is Good news, He sent His Son to take our punishment: "God commended His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." He was bruised for our iniquities. Jesus then rose from the dead and defeated death.
Your own so-called “goodness” can’t get you into heaven any more than mine could. Jesus is the only way to Heaven. He is the "Door," the only "mediator." There is salvation in no other name and If you will repent (Forsake your sin) and place your faith and trsut in jesus God will forgive you and grant you the gift of everlasting life. Does this mean you will have to turn loose of you Homosexuality? yes. You will have to turn from your homosexuality just as you need to turn from lying and stealing and idolarty. Sin is sin, and God will give you a new heart with new desires to serve Him and the strenght to turn loose of the strong attractiong of Homosexuality and all types of sin. We need to realize that we will either turn loose of our sins, or our sins will be eveidence of our guilt before a Holy God and we will face the consequences. Remeber, repenance and faith are the two things we must do, turnf rom your sin and trust in the savior so you can be forgiven and granted the gift of eternal life.
God Bless

I doubt it, do you ever feel the real presence of God in ur life? Do you really feel comfortable the way you as a christian? Don't you believe in the bible? If you believe in the bible pls read Roman 1: 26-32. If you don't follow the bible then you're not a christian and if you do follow the bible you know that homosexuals won't go to heaven but hell it's that simple,

Doesn't being a homosexual negate you somewhat from being a good Christian? It doesn't bother me as I don't believe in any of it anyway but going by what I've read regarding Christian views on homosexuality I'd say you were doomed mate!

That's really tough. I personally don't know. I don't want to say yes but the way I was brought up you would go to hell but I was also taught that all sins are the same in God's eyes. So the homosexual and the liar are in the same boat so if God can forgive the liar and let him into heaven why not you

You will not go to Hell for being a homosexual. God loves and accepts you for who you are and He wants you to be happy. Does being with someone of the same sex make you genuinely happy? If so, go on with your lifestyle, keeping praying to God, and don't let anyone tell you that you are going to Hell because you are homosexual.

Are you born again, saved by the blood of Chirst? If yes, I would examine why the Holy Spirit isn't on you like white on rice. My friend, if you are born again, you will be in heaven, regardless of your sin. However that doesn't mean you are to say "I was born this way" I was born a lot of ways, my brother. Sin is born into us, and is natural for our nature. It is the living Lord inside of us, our new Nature, that we should follow.
Which do you follow?
