Do you suspect that he does not like you that way and so if you bring it up you may just lose the friendship? If so, you have your answer. Does he talk to you about girls he likes. just to let you know if you are like best friends with him for a while and then you start dating it might ruin your friendship. but if you really like him get one of his friends to talk about you and see if he likes you if he says no then you may not want to tell him caus he may get weird around you so make sure he likes you first
