First of all let me tell you how sorry I am. You sound very hurt, and I know what you're going through. I know you heard this before, but you can move on. Why did you break up in the first place? If you keep comparing current relationships w/your ex, then you will never move on because the guy won't get a fair chance. But getting a new bf will definitely keep your mind off him. It actually works.

good luck sweetie

Well I was in a similar situation. And I would have to say the best thing for you to do is hang-out with your friends and let then help you get over him. If your he still loves you, some how you and him will get back together some day. But if you sit at home and do nothing you will never get over him abd try not to go to places that remind you of him.

He's moving on and so should you. At this point, I would concentrate on yourself and stay away from dating other people because you are sabotaging possible relationships because you compare them to your ex. The reason you two broke up is important. You didn't state why the relationship ended, so it's a bit hard to answer your question fully.

Ok, take a deep breath and try to focus on other things. Try to do things that make you happy and try your best not to think about him. Hang out with your friends or something. Anything that makes you happy and that will take your mind off of him. Just try not to forget about him completely too fast or that could hurt even worse.
