Im going to have...chicken and bacon, with mayo, with lettuce, tomatoes and spring onion in a wholemeal roll.........

Lettuce, saurkraut, onions, tomatoes, banana peppers, smashed peas, soy cheese and mustard with sourdough bread. Mmm.

Funny you should ask. I'm the designated lunch maker for the office tomorrow so I've been trying to decide.
I like chicken salad on wheatberry bread with lettuce, tomato and avacado.
A club sounds good too.
Then there is this grilled chicken I make (we have one of those small electric grills at work).
1st you frill the chicken, the brown the inside of a big hamburger bun.
Then put a few slices of bacon on the grill to cook.
place chicken back on the grill add the bacon on top the breast and the top w/provolone cheese slice. Don't melt the cheese completely, just get it warm.
Put the chicken, bacon & cheese on the bun. Put mayo on top bun then add sliced red onion, tomato slices and lettice.
The secret, set up a side of russian dressing to drizzle over the sandwich.

I am working on a library van tomorrow and will take something easy to munch. Probably, seedy bread, tomato and Florida salad and roast chicken if you are not veggie, its lovely, try it. Yogurt is a good bet as well, as it doesn't make crumbs.

A crusty roll filled with Brie and grapes. Sounds well mank but is to die for.
Not got any Brie lying around the place? !

I dont know, I spend all lunchtime making sandwiches, toasties and panini's for customers so it is very difficult to decide whether I want anything when I go for my break!
