Hot-Buttered Rum
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ingredients:
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Butter
1 jigger light or dark Rum
4 Cloves
Mixing instructions:
In a mug put sugar, butter, rum and cloves. Fill with boiling water. Stir.
Try this with some Captain Morgan's spiced rum.

Try some Captain Morgans Private stock if u don't mind spending just a little bit more. It has a very smooth, refreshing spice taste to it. The tattoo is also enjoyable for a more sweeter taste. If u do go with spiced rum try it with Dr. pepper it is much better than with coke. All ya if u really wont something to fire u right on up try Bacardi 151. Careful it burns.lol.

mmmm...hot buttered rum! My favorite batter to use is Harvey's http://www.harveysbutterrumbatter.com/ mixed with Myers Dark Rum or Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum. Or you can make your own batter:
(easiest)
1 lb brown sugar
1/2 lb salted butter
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp ground cardamom
1 tsp vanilla
(tastier)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 lb butter (softened)
1 pint vanilla ice cream (softened)
nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom to taste
