You could go to the park if the weather permits, or you could do extra chores for your parents to earn money and take her out for icecream. You could arrange to have her over for dinner and tv or you at her house. You could talk on the phone as well. There are also a lot of little projects you two could work on together. If you're in the same classes you could help each other with homework.

the mall, the park, a friends house the possibilities are endless, u can go out to eat.. watch a school game..get involved in the same school club, or sport.
