I wouldn't recommend walking. You get some really dodgy types around Kings Cross and Camden as soon as the sun goes down. Presuming you want to go to central Camden, on Camden High Street, it will cost you about £6 by taxi. You can pick them up quite easily outside Kings Cross station at the side, next to St Pancras. Remember you can always get the Northern Line northbound to Camden town, which will get you there in about 10 minutes if you don't want to get a taxi.

I would not walk it but the Northern line tube will be running at that time or if you are after midnight, get a night bus from Camden to Euston and then it's a short walk or another bus ride to Kings Cross.

A taxi will be between £5 and £10 depending on which bit of Camden, how far and how bad the traffic is.

Kings Cross is in the London Borough of Camden, so really we need to know exactly where in Camden you want to get to.
At 10:00 pm there are still people going home from work or coming in to London for the evening, so the area will be very busy and therefore safe.

No it's not walkable and Cabs/Taxis would be expensive..

From Kings Cross underground get the Northern Line [two stops] to Camden Town... THE BEST THING TO DO TO CUT DOWN ON COST SINCE YOU ARE TRAVELLING FROM LUTON AIRPORT TRAIN STATION IS TO BUY A ONE DAY TRAVEL CARD WHEN YOU GET TO LUTON AIRPORT PARKWAY which will enable you to use the trains, underground and buses [not coaches] for one day or for the night at least.
This will be cheaper than buying separate train and underground tickets...
