In my previous question one nice person of the Islamic faith said that suicide and the killing of innocent civilians will damn the perpetrator to hell. My question is what justification do the clerics and fundamentalists of the Islamic religion use to justify such acts if their religions clearly forbids them. I'm not talking about weak minded people or people with a learning disability who are convinced that they will get some reward, but the ones who convince them. Does the Islamic religion condemn someone who in the name of respectability; a cleric for example working for Hizbollah, Hamas, or that fanatice in Iraq; Bani Sader, talks innocent but weak minded people into killing themselves; does he go to hell also, or does the Islamic religion exempt him from accountability?

Ok, First I'm Jewish and the Rabbis of my religion would never advocate the taking of innocent lives or commiting suicide, or killing a person who refuses to follow the beliefs of the religion. If I want to eat bacon and eggs than no rabbi would stop me by using force. On the other hand if I were Muslim and ate bacon and eggs in front of that fanatic of Hizbollah; Nasrallah, he would probably call his Storm Troopers to kill me. My Grandma who is a very smart woman told me once that in Iran in the 1980s a religious fanatic named Kameni used to dance at the hanging of women who showed a little skin while walking down the street and got caught by his Nazis. Is Kameni (who is dead now thank G-d) in heaven with all the learned and peaceful Rabbis of my religion or in hell where he belongs. Muslims, please answer!

I see the "cat has captured the tongue" of the Muslims who answer questions on yahoo. For all you female Muslims, why would you belong to a religion that oppreses you? If you walk down the street in Iran or Iraq or Saudia Arabia without a headscarf or even question the authority of the men who mistreat you, what will be your reward?

Haha, here I am again! Thanks for choosing my answer in your previous question, I hope the email I sent helps. What I can say about your current question is that it says in the Qur'aan(or Hadith, I'll have to check again) that anyone in Islam who proposes a fatwa (his/her own verse or some such that retards the true meaning of the Qur'aan to acheive his/her own ends) is commiting a sin. Many of these clerics and fundamentalists are most probably doing this but I cant be sure because I dont listen to them. One thing that I can say about the hangings and extreme behaviour is that the Prophet Muhammad(p.b.u.h.) said that in all endevours we must "take the middle course", meaning do not commit anything in the extreme or anything lax. Try acheive the balance in what you do. Hanging Muslim women who show flesh is extreme. Leaving Muslim women to abandon their modesty is lax. People must remember that Muslim women do not wear the veil ALL the time. When they are within the threshold of their homes they can go as naked as the day they were born, but of course only in the company of their husbands and when guests are not present.
I'm taking up space now!
Hope you find the answers your looking for!

It is. Any wanton destruction civilian life is terrorism. The U.S. "sanctions" against Iraq caused half a million lives, for the most part infants and children. Of course that is terorism. It used to be called "state terorism" as opposed to NGO terrorism or guerilla warfare as it was formerly known. As the mass media comes increasingly under jewish ownership the term, even the concept of state terrorism has vanished. But that doesn't mean people can't think for themselves. I'm an American and I know perfectly well what's going on. And I do what I can, including public screening of documentaries on the Palestinians and leafletting. Plus,my work here on R&S which reaches a lot of people. I'm only an individual and these efforts may seem paltry but I have no more personal power than any non-office-holder.

Because shaitaan tricks them. Anyone who kills innocent men, women, children and the elderly are not justified, regardless of thier respectability, whom is NOT the leaders of Hezbollah, the Taliban or Al Queda. People I consider respectable muslims do not think these acts are okay. I would say that 99% of the muslims in the world would agree with me. I follow strictly the Quran and the sunnah. Remember WE ALL have to answer for what we do in this life. And WE ALL will be held accountable for what we do. Salaams!

I'm getting sick and tired of people thinking there are only bad people in Islam. Look at your own religions! You have bad people too. Yes the Quran prohibits this and if you talk to any Muslim, you'll see how we are. However, there are always people who give you a different definition of Islam.

Because some of them misinterpret Muslim doctrine and use certain clauses to justify their actions. They fancy themselves jihad warriors, engaged in a holy war who will get instant access to heaven. They're really not. But just like other religious denominations have used religious doctrine to justify their actions, so do religious fanatics. That doesn't mean that Islam pardons or condones these actions.

well that's because people in the middle east are at war with Israel and the US and UK for supporting Israel's illegal occupation of Palestine and parts of the neighboring countries.
the Quran makes it clear that killing civilians in war is a great sin.
even prisoners of war are not to be killed and should be treated with mercy.
prisoners of war, elders, women, children, animals and plants are NOT to be harmed during war.
Muslims are not allowed to fight except for defending themselves or to end tyranny and opression.

They use the same reasoning when a false christian preaches Jesus is in my heart and god loves you and then go out and shoot them in the name of freedom.
False religion is going down.
