Very few women wear make-up in the church that I attend. The church does not forbid the use of make-up, but it does recommend that it not be used. Make-up is damaging to the skin, and some of the chemicals are absorbed into the body.
Most women are already beautiful, so I can't understand why they try to cover up the natural beauty. Most often, women wear too much and end up looking like clowns or prostitutes. (Of course this part is only my opinion.)

Certainly not! Christianity does not teach that it is wrong or worldly to put on some makeup, for females. Just don't over do it, know what I mean ?
If becoming a Christian means I can't look decent and attractive, then how do we shine in our workplace, in the "marketplace" to be an influence to the others ?
Christian men should look and dress sharp; Christian girls and women should look good by putting on makeup.
At the end of the day, it's not your external appearance that counts, ot course, but the inner beauty, because that is what really lasts .

Baptist-It does not forbid it but we do believe in the modest use of it. The object is not to draw attention to your self.

My religion is Wicca, and make up is not forbidden. The only rule we have is harm none.

I go to a conservative holiness church. They are Wesleyan-Armenian in doctrine. We do not wear make-up or jewelry. Ladies do not wear pants or shorts and we do not have a TV.
