As hurtful as it is, the worst you could do is to dwell on it. He cares the least about you and is probably not putting another thought into you. Knowing that, forgive him and move on. Forgiveness means to let go so that you no longer carry any burden that does not serve you. He does not deserve your energy what-so-ever. So let him go. When you can do this, you are also opening doors to a new day, new opportunities. That's the best gift you can give yourself. Don't allow this experience to own your possibilites....meaning your future. There are a lot of good people who are willing to love and be loved. Be excited that you are starting over again, and walk with your head high. If there is one that that could help boost you to move on too, remember the saying, "What comes around, goes around. :) It's the way life is. Good luck.

ignore him too, if you pine over him he'll notcie and that will only give him more power to step all over you. I'd act as if i was the one who got something from him and moved on, when you see him look right pass him and talk and have fun with your friends, he'll be puzzled, then find yourself a nice guy that you know is ten times better than him. Maybe i'd start a rumor about him but thats just my mean side talking, just go on about your business and don't worry about this guy, doesn't seem like someone you should be wasting your time thinking on anyway, if it gets bad do the rumor thing :) good luck.

learn from it. i'm sure if u think back on the situation you'll see example's that showed u he wasn't THAT interested in u and u chose to ignore them. if u can't remember any signs u probably don't have enough experience with dating. once u give up the C00CHIE there's not much u can do except lick your wounds and chalk it up to a lesson learned.

Do the same thing back at him. Find someone else to fill his spot and show him you can still have fun (without him).

you need to gather up what's left of your dignity, and be more careful in the future. btw, he's the jerk, not you.
