try your local UPS store. They are great. They can package everything and ship it out for you. Good luck

That is too forward a gift to give to neighbors you do not know. I agree with the first post, they could be recovering alcoholics or have a religious reason not to drink. I had a friend who was a recovering alcoholic and that is a struggle he deals with every day. A fruit basket would be the best. Usually because you have no clue what kind of dietary contraints the person has. If the person is vegan, lactose intolerant, allergic to nuts, soy, diabetic, etc. At least fruit would be the best choice. Good luck.

First visit a wine shop then go to a post office or a UPS/FedEx/DHL office. Ask if they ship wine - many will refuse to, so keep asking around.
