Pay for it. Then you will also get the stencil for it. Most tattooist will ask you where you got the picture from & if you say online they will inquire more to make sure it is ligit. They don't like stealing others art. It's not ethical. If it is what you indeed want then you'll do the right thing and pay for it.

Well, you could always have a friend, or you, sketch up a similar tattoo, because you don't want it exactly like the tattoo on the net. Chances are, someone already has it. Tattoos need to be unique. You can also just describe it to the artist, and they will come up with something amazing, maybe like they do on Miami Ink.

some sites will not allow you to copy and paste
you have a couple of options,
1) print off the entire page to show the artist
2) call the artist and see if he has access to internet to view your image
you may luck out and he may already have the "proof" sheet that your tattoo is on, or he may belong to a site that has it on

If you use a Mac, press apple-shift-4 at the same time, this turns your cursor into a crosshair. Drag over the image and it will appear as an image on your desktop. I'm not sure what the PC equivalent is.

Did you try printing it? or see if the tattoo parlor has a computer so they can see the tattoo, too.
