You need to talk to the authorities at your school. "spying" and "being picked on" are not criminal offenses. This is kids being kids and it needs to be handled by the school.

Excellent question! Sometimes what is referred to as spying or throwing things can indeed become very serious. As others have said, please contact a responsible adult in your school and certainly a parent. Also, does your school have a school resource officer (sworn law enforcement officer)? I was one for several years and I would assist many kids with these types of complaints. Often, the school would handle the punishment, but occasionally I would have to make arrests on incidents which were beyond the scope of the educational system. Many times, it was the middle ground that got things done. If it looked as though charges could be filed, I would contact the parent and the student. Normally that was all that was needed. As others have said, be assertive with the troublemakers; however, sometimes ignoring can help. Whatever you decide, know that others have been in your shoes and bullying should not be tolerated by any school. Good luck...

You could try applying for a restraining order on them, that way, they cannot come near you and must stay a certain distance from you (e.g Restraining order of 17 metres of the applicant - meaning they cannot come within 17 metres of you).
Restraining orders cannot come easy though, you will need to present to the judge with why your applying for the order, what they have done to make you apply for the order, any witnesses that can back you up in your complaint etc.

Think about your social life after this though, thus being at school could result in you being singled out. Children and teenagers these days can be very judgemental of anyones actions.

Spying and picking on someone may not be criminal offenses, but throwing things at a person could be considered assault. Talk to your principal or counselor and parents (under 18) first. If that doesn't work call your local police department and see what they recommend.

There probably is nothing to be done about spying on you. However, throwing things at you will get them suspended or at least detention. Talk to your principal or guidance consular. Get your parents involved and have them insist that this stop. All children have a right to be safe at school.

You can file a complaint aggainst them to the Principal and then after documenting each incident go to the police. If that doesn't work, target one of them and catch them alone and beat them up.
You can plant confectioner's sugar in their car and anonymously notify the police about drug traffickers at school.Do it on a Friday so they can spend the weekend in lock-up.

The laws vary so widely from community to community that the only place you'll get a proper answer is at a lawyer's office.

Go and speak to a councillor or the principal. They are the ones that should be aware of what is going on.

You should be able to go to class without these problems.

Get your parents involved and have them contact or go see the principal/dean at your school. You can go yourself, but having a parent do it is taken more seriously.
