I have seen teeth in much worse shape, so I'd say you are OK. Check about getting braces, as has already been stated. Sometimes, an adult braces system can be used. I do not know if that would work in your case, not to be mean. The gap is significant but appears to be fully correctable. Are there any missing teeth that could be affecting the bite?

Make an orthodontic consult. Your teeth are not protruding much. The braces would suffice to bring your teeth back in shape, without any subsequent jaw surgery. But I doubt about the gap in top front teeth. It is a little bit bigger. You may have to get the cosmetic procedure like bonding, crowns or veneers done at the end of orthodontic treatment.

Yes, braces is an option and treatment with a retainer could help to close up the gap in the front teeth. But I think braces will work better for you. Make an appointment with an orthodontist.

Surgery? For what? You're the typical person with teeth that aren't straight. If you like your smile then don't worry about it. If you don't like your teeth then get braces. They will only be on for a few years, so it's no big deal. You're still going to be alive in a few years, so why not look and feel better.

Yes, braces are your only option as far as I know to straighten your teeth. I wouldn't worry about the overbite. as soon as you fix the gaps you'll have a great smile. an overbite isn't ugly or anything, you'll be fine.

You did not state your age, but I still think you should be fine without surgery. Just get a consult with an orthodontist and put your fears to rest.

braces are what you need, i couldn't tell from the pics if they are discolored but if they are when you finish with the braces you may want to look into veneers, or bleaching Good luck!
